Dannex Ayrton Starwin Plc (DAS Pharma) was formed through the successful merger of three local pharmaceutical giants: Dannex Limited (est. 1964), Ayrton Drug Manufacturing Limited (est. 1965), and Starwin Products Limited (est. 1960). The company was incorporated on 19 December 2019 and listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange on 15 January 2020 under the trade name DASPHARMA. It is the only pharmaceutical company listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange. The merged entity is Ghana's largest pharmaceutical manufacturing company with a staff strength of over 600 and a range of over 80 products. Its vision is to be the brand of choice in chosen markets with a strong footprint in Africa and beyond.
