In 2016, the Dissoltin brand became an integral part of the NEUCE GROUP. Both brands (NEUCE and DISSOLTIN) have coexisted in the market since then, responding accordingly their profiles whiles meeting the specific needs of their customers.
In 2019, the NEUCE GROUP completed the process of acquiring 100% capital of the Spanish company, CEDRIA.
