Resense Spa at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City is widely regarded as the best spa in Accra and one of the finest in West Africa. Spanning 3,000 sqm across three floors, it features 10 treatment rooms including two couple suites, an authentic hammam, male and female wellness areas with saunas, steam rooms and whirlpool baths, a relaxation lounge, a spa café, and a 25m outdoor infinity pool. Signature treatments include massages, body wraps, facials, and the classic Moroccan hammam experience with black soap cleansing and ghassoul wraps.
