Tullow Oil is one of the largest oil companies in Ghana, with operations focused on offshore exploration and production. The company played a central role in the discovery and development of the Jubilee oil field in 2007 — Ghana's first and biggest offshore project — and the TEN (Tweneboa, Enyenra, Ntomme) fields. Tullow holds a 38.98% equity interest in the Jubilee field and 54.84% in the TEN fields. The company has drilled over 70 deepwater development wells on the two fields and continues to invest in new well programmes through 2025-26 to sustain and grow production.
